Deniz Park is located on Al-Farabi Avenue in the vicinity of the Esentai River, close to the offices of large multinational companies and the city’s major traffic arteries.

This multi-storey building has been designed down to the last detail and is surrounded by a picturesque park. One of its biggest draws is the amazing views of the city and the Ile Alatau mountains from the building’s panoramic windows, as well as its proximity to the beautiful Almaty Botanical Garden.

Conscious construction
Deniz Park is the first office building in Almaty certified to BREEAM New Construction standards. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) sets standards for the assessment of the environmental sustainability of buildings throughout their design, construction and operation. With international certification to BREEAM standards, more environmentally safe facilities are being built each year all over the world. Their reduced impact on the environment saves company resources while serving their cities for a long time. The BREEAM certification provides detailed guidance developed by international experts, which the office building will use throughout its life cycle.
New technology has made it possible to construct smart buildings with our responsibility for the future of cities and their people in mind. What are our environmental and ethical principles of construction? In addition to complying with technical requirements, we promote the use of alternative forms of transport through cycling infrastructure on Deniz Park’s territory. The building is equipped with a permanent air filtration system and a rainwater harvesting system that provides for the reuse of rain and melt water. Plastic and wastepaper sorting points will be available throughout the office building.

Green environment
The office building is surrounded by a picturesque1.3-hectare park ideal for breaks, walks and informal meetings. The park’s cosy paths offer opportunities to take a relaxing stroll, have a snack or do some work in the fresh air.
Our park complies with the BREEAM New Construction standards. As part of our efforts to preserve biodiversity, we have planted greenery that is characteristic of our region in the park. They were specially selected by landscape architects, who envisioned a beautiful park that would be full of colours year-round. There are many kinds of trees and shrubs, including flowering, fruit-bearing and coniferous plants, cereals and grasses. In autumn, maples, cotoneasters and ginkgo trees flame red and gold, while in spring the pleasant scent of blooming apple, cherry and juneberry trees wafts in the air above carpets of flowering grasses. In winter, evergreen pine trees and junipers predominate in the park.

The office building’s coffee shop serves aromatic coffee and freshly baked pastries every morning.
